So our cyberspace tenants over at Nairankobo.com beat us to the punch to a blog release on our app Tagit.
TagIt can be installed and run on devices running blackberry OS 4.5 and above
You can read their pre-release review here.
We'll do them one better and give a blow by blow account with pictures.
TagIt as the name suggests(well it doesn't quite imply it) is a blackberry app for tagging and sharing photos.
Ok, the blackberry handles the sharing part through bbm and email but you know, <shrugs>.
The saying goes that a picture is worth a thousand words so here goes.

Save as an image file in png format.   Save as an image file in tgi format.
Save as an image file in png or tgi format. A tgi file can be opened and retagged by a recipient who has the Tagit app. A saved tgi file can also be opened and saved as a png file or retagged and saved as another tgi file. This enables collaborative tagging for photos. A png file has the tags shown on the original photo as below. This file can be sent to contacts without the Tagit app.

Tagged pictures saved as image files can be viewed in the picture section of the blackberry   tagit folder
Image(png) files show up in your pictures in your media viewer. tgi files can be opened by going to their location using the file explorer. tgi files can be sent and opened from within blackberry messengers.
When leaving a tagscreen, Tagit asks you if you want to move it to the background or discard it.   If you want to exit and still have photos open for taggin, Tagit will remind you and ask you what to do.

PayBis- Now you never have to remember all those SMS codes and recipient numbers (if you are in Nigeria :) )
 
The above screen shows once you open the application   Select your network from a dropdown list
and click next
 
Select a type of plan- month, week, day depending on your network carrier   When you click PayBis, the sms code is sent to the recipient number ie 21600 for MTN etc and the confirmation message above is displayed.
Note: For Etisalat, the dial code is automatically dialled and a confirmation message is shown.
